As you can see in the image, the left insole is different from the right one. The medial edge on the left shoe sticks or curves up more on the left shoe resulting in a blade that digs into the sole of my foot. The right one gives me no issues after running for an hour. The left one's medial edge is very pronounced and gives me hotspots and blisters along my medial sole. I tried adjusting it more laterally, but it doesn't help. I suspect it's a defect and also not being wide enough. I don't have wide feet, but I thought I'd get this because restricted feet are more prone to injury. I feel bad for whomever is getting these with actual wide feet. The length is great. I am a US 9.5 and I wear 10.5 for running. These shoes are super light and airy. The cushioning is hard - there's much more shock felt with each step. This is definitely not a marathon shoe. I'd recommend it for half an hour runs and as a walking shoe. If I didn't get the hotspot and blister, I'd give it 4 stars since it is still capable of being a running trainer given it was on sale for less than $30.
